all began
Toe Beans Cat Rescue was founded on August 13, 2024, after five tiny neonatal kittens were brought to Tab when their mother was tragically struck and killed by a car. At just days old, the kittens required round-the-clock bottle feeding, warmth, and constant care to survive. Against the odds, all five babies were raised successfully.

As word spread that Tab was experienced in caring for orphaned neonatal kittens, more and more requests for help began pouring in. It quickly became clear that there was an overwhelming need for a dedicated rescue in the community.
Recognizing the incredible work already being done, Misha joined forces with Tab, and together they founded Toe Beans Cat Rescue to ensure that more cats and kittens would have a chance at a safe, healthy future.

Today, Toe Beans Cat Rescue remains a 100% foster-based, volunteer-run organization dedicated not only to rescuing cats but also to educating the community about responsible pet ownership, the importance of spaying and neutering, and preventing unnecessary suffering.

Since those first five kittens, Toe Beans Cat Rescue has rescued hundreds of cats and kittens, providing lifesaving medical care, foster homes, rehabilitation, and loving forever families. Every cat that enters our care receives the compassion, veterinary attention, and second chance they deserve.
